Can I use something other than a last name?
Yes. Any short line works: a family name, a couple's names, or "Grandma's House". Up to 20 characters.
What is the blanket made of?
100% cotton, woven so the picture is made by the colored threads themselves rather than printed on top. It has a soft, textured, heirloom look, and fine details appear slightly softer than in a printed photo. The back shows the design in inverted colors.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron.
When will it arrive?
Each blanket is made to order before it ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout; see our shipping policy for current timing, and order early if you need it by Christmas.
Can I return it?
Because each blanket is made for one family, personalized orders can't be returned unless we made a mistake or it arrives damaged. Message us with a photo and we will replace it. See our refund policy.
