Personalized Ornament FAQ
How do I personalize an ornament?
Open the ornament you like, type the name in the personalization box (or click Personalize on the photo ornaments that use it), check the spelling, then add it to your cart. We print exactly what you enter.
What is a custom pet ornament?
You upload a clear photo of your dog or cat and add their name. On the Santa hat ornament the background is removed and a Santa hat is added; the memorial ornament shows their photo, name and years under "Forever in Our Hearts".
How long can the name be?
Up to 15 characters on the fishing ornaments, 12 on the Santa hat pet ornament, and 15 each for the name and years on the pet memorial ornament.
What are the ornaments made of?
The fishing and Santa hat pet ornaments are 3.1 in round glass, the pet memorial ornament is 3.5 in aluminum, and the sourdough ornament is ceramic.
