FAQ
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face and head in focus works best, so the background removal and Santa hat placement look clean. Higher-resolution photos print sharper.
Does it work for cats and other pets, not just dogs?
Yes. Upload a clear photo of any pet and we'll place it on the ornament with the Santa hat and name.
Who arranges my pet's photo on the ornament?
We do. We'll place your pet's photo and name for you before it prints, so please double-check the name spelling before you add to cart.
How long can the name be?
Up to 12 characters.
Can I add gift packaging?
Yes. Choose the White Gift Packaging or Gold Gift Packaging option when you select your ornament.
Can I return a personalized ornament?
Because each ornament is made to order with your photo, please see our refund policy for returns and our shipping policy for delivery details.
